Job Description:
wiZeHR has been retained to find a highly detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to support our client, a leading FinTech company based in Boca Raton, FL. This role plays a critical function in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of financial data, supporting key financial operations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in financial services, a strong administrative background, and the ability to process high volumes of data with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately input, verify, and maintain financial data in internal systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
· Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions.
· Support financial reporting, reconciliations, and documentation management.
· Collaborate with finance, compliance, and operations teams to streamline data workflows.
· Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and discretion.
· Maintain organized and accurate digital records, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
· Assist with administrative and operational tasks related to financial data management.
· Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in data entry.

· Fast and accurate typing abilities to manage high-volume data entry efficiently.

Key Qualifications:
· High School Degree Required and associate degree preferred.
· 3-5 years of experience in data entry, financial services, banking, or administrative support.
· Familiarity with financial regulations, compliance requirements, and data security best practices.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and financial software preferred.
· Strong data entry and documentation skills, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive financial data.
