Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

1. Provide financial support for overseas sales and marketing operations in the Americas. As a Financial Business Partner (BP), be responsible for financial-related business support and process optimization for the overseas department's operations, including budgeting, pricing, contracts, taxation, etc.
2. Collaborate with Financial BPs of various Business Units (BUs) to support the expansion of overseas business.
3. Analyze and report business and financial data.
4. Provide support for some of the Group's financial work.

Job Requirements :

1. A bachelor's degree or above. Majors in economics and management, science and engineering, and an MBA degree are preferred.
2. With more than 5 years of working experience in large, mature companies. Experience in the new energy industry is preferred.
3. Possess excellent oral and written English communication skills, and be able to effectively cooperate with stakeholders at all levels. Candidates with overseas study experience or working experience in multinational companies are preferred.
4. Have a certain understanding of overseas markets and sales operations. Be able to deeply engage with the business team to understand business operations and business needs, and continuously improve the ability to understand and control the business through participating in business support.
5. Have good communication and learning abilities, analytical thinking, and a high degree of self-motivation.
