Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with an Am Law firm to find the next mid-level Finance Associate to join their Minneapolis office. This team represents banks, investors, developers, direct purchasers, private equity firms, and commercial finance companies across the US.
Candidates must have 4-7+ years of experience with complex matters involving Article 9 in all phases of commercial finance transactions. Ideal candidates will also have some experience with restructuring/workouts, M&A, or private equity.
