Key Responsibilities:
Mail and Communication Handling: Receive, sort, and electronically distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments.
Office Supplies and Inventory:
o Monitor and maintain office and finance-related supplies inventory.
o Order supplies as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.
Administrative Support:
o Provide light administrative support, such as scanning, and data entry.
o Assist in preparing monthly luncheon and employee culture activities.
Finance Assistance:
o Input and manage the registration for 3rd party payments systems including ERATE
o Request and send COI forms as needed
o Assist with Customer and banking documentation as required.
Other Duties:
o Provide general support to the finance department as required.
o Help with ad-hoc projects and tasks to ensure the department runs efficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant coursework in finance, business administration, or related field preferred.
· 1-2 years of administrative or finance-related experience is a plus.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
· Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
