DETAILS: Field Service Technician
COMPENSATION: $DOE competitive, plus Bonus, plus overtime pay, plus Benefits on day 1
LOCATION: Chicago, IL (Up to 100% Travel)

OVERVIEW: Field Service Technician
We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join an industry-leading organization. In this role, you will be responsible for providing start-up, installation, warranty service, and general support for the Service Network/customers in your assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Field Service Technician
· Provide technical and operational support for customers and partners.
· Proficient with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects of machine installation, operation, and repair.
· Repair and maintenance of coffee and espresso machines.
· Provide superior customer service and maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent communication.
· Handle and resolve more complex customer requests or complaints when necessary.
· Willingness to work various shift hours as assigned (including 10-hour shifts)
· Must be able to travel and work independently.
· Requires 100% travel
REQUIREMENTS: Field Service Technician
· High School Diploma/GED
· Experience with related work as a technician for a manufacturer or service provider is preferred but NOT required.
· Ability to communicate with internal teams and clients
· Excellent Customer Service
· Willingness to travel up to 100%
