Experienced Spa Director (or VERY Experienced Spa Manager)

Job Details:

• We're looking for an EXPERIENCED SPA DIRECTOR , intelligent, creative, and seasoned, to join our family at Martha Soffer's internationally-renowned Ayuverdic Surya Spa, in our Kelly Wearstler-designed location in Santa Monica Proper Hotel, and in additional anticipated locations. 
• Knowledge of Ayurveda is not needed, but SPA DIRECTING EXPERIENCE is essential . 
• You must also have a strong desire to help people and to become immersed in the world of Surya, from all-natural products to transformative treatments, and in the world of Ayurveda, as well.
• Prior Spa operations experience IS required -- scheduling, conflict resolution, culture development, payroll, HR, hotel integration, revenue growth, customer service. Overview of operations, protocol and SOP development and refinement, customer journey, and growth opportunities. Ensuring transformative 5-star experience for all guests, some of whom are A-list celebrities and other notable VIPs.
