Millennium Building Solutions, a leading commercial and post-construction cleaning company in the region, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Representative to join our office team. This position is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience, outstanding interpersonal skills, and the drive to grow with a fast-expanding company.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new commercial clients through prospecting, calls, visits, and local networking
• Conduct on-site walk-throughs and prepare customized proposals for prospective clients
• Present and negotiate service contracts
• Follow up on company-provided leads
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
• Report weekly progress and results to the Sales Manager

Requirements

• Bilingual English–Spanish (required)
• Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience (preferably in cleaning services or facilities)
• Organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Basic Excel/CRM knowledge to manage leads and pipeline
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Availability to work on-site Monday–Wednesday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM in Norristown (not remote)
