About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to a tech entrepreneur. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who excels at optimizing schedules, managing administrative operations, and enabling business efficiency.

As an Executive Personal Assistant , you will play a critical role in managing priorities, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-person collaboration in Austin, TX , for meetings and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executive & Calendar Management – Organize and optimize scheduling, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
  • Communication & Correspondence – Manage emails, draft responses, coordinate follow-ups, and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Administrative Operations – Handle travel planning, document organization, and operational logistics.
  • Project & Workflow Coordination – Support business initiatives by tracking key projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Business Research & Support – Conduct research on market trends, industry insights, and technology tools to support decision-making.
  • Confidential Executive Support – Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Occasional In-Person Assistance – Attend meetings, assist with business operations, and handle Austin-based tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role supporting executives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage complex schedules, prioritize tasks effectively, and anticipate needs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence.
  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and project management software.
  • Ability to work independently while aligning with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trustworthy and discreet, capable of handling confidential information responsibly.
  • Must be based in Austin, TX, and available for occasional in-person meetings.
