Executive Assistant – DTLA ($90k-$100k)

Global investment firm is looking to hire an organized and adept Executive Assistant to join their company. This individual will provide key administrative assistance to a team of executives to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing multiple calendars and scheduling high-level meetings
• Preparing meeting materials and distributing notes
• Arranging domestic and international travel
• Answering phone calls and email correspondence
• Generating expense reports
• Handling regular data entry and management
• Assisting with special projects

Qualified candidates will possess:

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives
• Background in finance or corporate services
• Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
