Job Description

Job Posting: Executive Assistant - Financial Services (On-Site in Westchester)

Location: Westchester, NY (On-Site)

Duration: 8 Months

Pay Rate: $29.63/hour (W2)

Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive telephone coverage for Managing Directors, including answering calls, taking accurate messages, and managing urgent/confidential calls with appropriate judgment.
  • Maintain and manage calendars for meetings, events, and conference calls.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation) and handle travel expenses and reimbursements.
  • Navigate the firm’s resources and interface with various departments to collect information, respond to requests, and obtain services.
  • Provide backup support for colleagues during absences (vacations, sick days) and assist with office-related needs.
  • Handle miscellaneous support duties such as setting up and maintaining mail groups, keeping an orderly and fully-functioning workspace.
