  • Command complex calendars to drive high-stakes decisions and business outcomes
  • Seamlessly coordinate domestic and international travel with detailed itineraries
  • Ensure expense reporting is efficient, timely, and accurate
  • Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external communications
  • Maintain executive files, compliance documents, and critical reporting
  • Support strategic projects, research, and process improvements
  • Assist with event planning and manage professional memberships
