Estimator | Richmond, VA | Up to $115K

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed bids and develop scopes of work, collaborating with subcontractors to ensure accurate pricing and coverage.
• Support client-facing efforts by presenting estimates and participating in project discussions.
• Contribute to day-to-day preconstruction tasks, including take-offs, budgeting, and bid strategy, while mentoring junior team members when applicable.
• Report to senior leadership within a structured Preconstruction team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• 3+ years’ estimating experience with a General Contractor. Or experience in a PM, APM, PE role.
• Proven project experience across Commercial, Healthcare, Education, and Corporate Interiors.
• Proficient in OST, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for Preconstruction and a willingness to learn and grow.
