If you love supporting others, keeping transactions on track, and bringing order to the chaos of real estate closings, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

As an Escrow Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in making sure each transaction runs like clockwork. You’ll be the right hand to an experienced Escrow Officer, helping to keep clients informed, documents accurate, and deadlines met. Think of yourself as part problem-solver, part organizer, and part client ambassador.

  • Managing Details: Review contracts, gather signatures, and verify accuracy in every document.
  • Client Communication: Keep real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers in the loop with clear updates and friendly professionalism.
  • File Coordination: Track deadlines, request missing information, and ensure files move smoothly from start to finish.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with your Escrow Officer and teammates to deliver seamless, successful closings.

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of experience in escrow, title, or real estate support (preferred)
  • A sharp eye for detail, you catch mistakes before they cause problems
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple transactions with ease
  • Excellent communication skills with a knack for keeping people calm and informed
  • Comfort with escrow software, MS Office, and learning new systems quickly
  • A positive attitude and the drive to be a dependable, solutions-focused team player

Why You’ll Love It Here

This isn’t just a desk job—it’s an opportunity to grow in one of the most exciting parts of real estate. You’ll work with a supportive team that values collaboration, professionalism, and fun. Plus, you’ll get to build relationships with agents, lenders, and clients who rely on you to make one of life’s biggest milestones stress-free. If you’re motivated, detail-driven, and eager to take your escrow career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
