What You’ll Do:

• Participate in our development program, gaining in-depth knowledge of the lumber industry, market trends, and trading strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including suppliers and buyers.
• Prospect new customers and grow your book of business through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Negotiate pricing, manage transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
• Monitor market trends and analyze data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with teammates and mentors to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Qualifications:
