What You’ll Be Doing:

• Learn by doing: Support and eventually lead small event teams during daily marketing and outreach campaigns.

• Engage with people: Represent top-tier clients and brands with confidence and professionalism in high-traffic public settings.

• Develop leadership skills: Shadow experienced managers to learn about performance tracking, goal setting, and staff development.

• Contribute ideas: Participate in creative meetings, brainstorms, and campaign feedback sessions.

• Grow through mentorship: Work closely with Momentum’s leadership team who are invested in your success and personal growth.

As You Grow, You’ll Step Into:

• Managing event performance and guiding new team members

• Setting and tracking daily and weekly team goals

• Leading motivational meetings and debriefs

• Coaching and mentoring upcoming trainees

• Collaborating with senior leaders on new strategies and event logistics

• Playing an active role in hiring and developing future team talent
