Job Description

The Entry Level Communications Associate will assist with internal and external communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary Range: $21.00 - $30.25 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting and editing press releases, reports, and company communications.
• Support internal and external correspondence, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and client presentations.
• Maintain organized records of communications and company materials.
• Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and other written materials.
• Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all company communications.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or a related field preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
