Whitley Recruiting Partners (WRP) is recruiting 2 Enterprise Business Development Representatives (BDR) for a Charlotte-based FinTech SaaS company that sells B2B payment solutions to banks, private equity, venture capital, and wealth management companies. Our client allows compliant ACH, Wire, Swift, and FedNow payments.
WRP's client achieved 150% YoY revenue growth in the last 12 months and has a team of expert banking payment professionals leading the company. We have a BDR and AE team in place and are adding 2 BDRs to propel continued growth. Long-term, there are opportunities for upward mobility - this company has little to zero turnover and has raised a responsible amount of $10m in VC funding and is in great financial health.
Ideal candidates possess Enterprise prospecting/BDR experience combined with an understanding of FinTech and Capital Markets. This role is 3 days/week in-office in Charlotte.
