We're looking for an experienced EHS Manager to lead site-wide safety and environmental programs, drive compliance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This is a high-impact role with visibility across operations, engineering, and leadership teams.

What You'll Do:

• Lead strategic EHS initiatives aligned with world-class manufacturing principles.
• Coach and train teams on safety best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee environmental reporting, audits, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop annual safety plans and budgets.
• Manage industrial hygiene, hearing conservation, and wellness programs.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years in a leadership role managing full-facility EHS programs.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
• CSP, OSHA 30, or MSHA certifications (a plus).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
