About MakarttPro: MakarttPro specializes in professional-grade nail products tailored for luxury, independent nail technicians. We are committed to delivering essential, high-quality items across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website and TikTok Shop, aiming to elevate the online shopping experience for our customers.

Position Overview: MakarttPro is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated eCommerce Intern to assist in managing and growing our Direct-to-Consumer website and TikTok Shop. You’ll gain hands-on experience in eCommerce operations, digital marketing, and customer engagement while contributing directly to MakarttPro’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the daily management and upkeep of the MakarttPro DTC website, including product listings, inventory updates, and content updates.
• Assist with the setup, execution, and moderation of livestream events and promotions on TikTok Shop.
• Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and reviews across platforms, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in eCommerce and social commerce.
• Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging digital content, including product descriptions, social media posts, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams on content ideation and execution.
• Help track and analyze sales performance and customer engagement data, providing insights and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Interest or prior coursework in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify and TikTok preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
