General Shale, Inc., the nation’s leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking an Dispatcher/Inside Sales Representative for our Memphis, TN location. The successful candidate must acquire an in-depth knowledge of General Shale products and interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities will include:

• Inside sales
• Invoicing
• Answering the phone
• Data entry in SAP computer system
• Cash sales
• Dispatching trucks
• Answering the phone
• Data entry in SAP computer system
• Liaising with outside sales team

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experience
• Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus
• Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferred
