Rockstar Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Type: Full-Time

Now, we’re looking for a fun, organized, people-loving  Dispatcher/CSR to help keep our schedules running like clockwork and our customers smiling.

What You'll Be Doing:

You’re the quarterback of our team, the voice on the phone, the one who keeps everything moving behind the scenes!

Your day-to-day:

• Answer phones with a smile and help customers get the service they need.
• Schedule service calls like a pro, making sure our techs are where they need to be (without breaking a sweat!).
• Communicate with technicians throughout the day, keeping things smooth and on track.
• Let customers know when our techs are on the way—and follow up after to make sure they’re 100% happy.
• Tackle customer questions, concerns, or “uh-ohs” with professionalism and positivity.
• Keep accurate records of jobs, customers, and schedules (we’ll train you on our system!).
• Jump in to assist the team with any extra tasks—we’re all in this together!

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or scheduling (bonus points if it’s in HVAC, plumbing, or home services!).
• A people-person who can juggle phones, schedules, and conversations without losing your cool.
• Strong organizational skills—you like checklists, calendars, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks.
• Great communication skills (clear, friendly, professional).
• Tech-savvy—you’re comfortable learning new software (experience with [ServiceTitan/Housecall Pro/etc.] is a plus!).
• A positive, team-player attitude. We work hard, but we like to have fun, too!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
