Director of Rooms

Twin Farms - Vermont’s only Forbes 5-Star resort and a proud Relais & Châteaux property is seeking a service-driven, strategic leader to join our team as Director of Rooms. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the full guest experience at one of the most exceptional boutique properties in North America.

As Director of Rooms, you’ll oversee all aspects of our Rooms Division including Front Office, Housekeeping, Laundry, and Guest Services ensuring every detail reflects our commitment to personalized luxury and world-class hospitality.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations across all Rooms departments with a proactive, hands-on approach
• Inspire and mentor a high-performing team in alignment with Twin Farms’ luxury standards
• Enhance the entire guest journey from arrival to departure ensuring every interaction exceeds expectations
• Act as a visible ambassador for service excellence, embodying warmth, elegance, and discretion
• Develop and implement SOPs consistent with Forbes 5-Star and Relais & Châteaux standards
• Monitor guest feedback channels and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate on budget planning, staffing, and long-term strategic initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational protocols

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in ultra-luxury hospitality (Forbes 5-Star or Relais & Châteaux preferred)
• Proven ability to lead with vision, empathy, and accountability
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing departmental budgets
• Deep knowledge of luxury service standards and guest personalization techniques
• Proficiency with PMS systems (e.g., Maestro) and hospitality technology
• A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
