The Director of Enterprise Procurement & Partner Management will lead the development and execution of sourcing strategies across key spend categories to drive cost savings, supplier innovation, and risk mitigation. Operating within a dynamic, regulated environment, this role will oversee both indirect and corporate sourcing operations in support of the enterprise. The Director will align sourcing strategies with enterprise objectives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, while promoting supply chain resilience and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive transformative supply chain and sourcing projects deploying best-in-class tools and processes.
-Lead Value Capture activities on indirect and direct cost categories
- Lead category management and sourcing strategies across critical indirect and direct spend categories, including IT, professional services, facilities, and mission-critical systems.
- Collaborate with Business Groups, IT, engineering, finance, contracts, and compliance to ensure sourcing strategies align with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and manage a high-performing team of sourcing professionals, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
- Establish strategic supplier relationships to support long-term program success and competitive advantage.
- Monitor supplier performance and lead corrective action initiatives as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, company policies, and public company governance requirements.
- Drive supply chain risk management and resiliency planning across all sourcing operations.
- Implement and leverage digital tools and analytics to drive sourcing decisions and track savings.
- Present sourcing strategies and performance metrics to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- 12+ years of progressive supply chain or strategic sourcing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong negotiation, supplier management, and risk assessment skills.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives in a complex matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
