We are seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager for a Michelin-starred restaurant located within a renowned luxury resort in Virginia. This highly visible, guest-facing role is part of the dining room leadership team and is responsible for supporting and overseeing the front-of-house staff. The position requires a refined presence, impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to exceptional, high-touch hospitality.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years of fine dining experience, ideally within a Forbes Five-Star hotel or a Michelin-starred restaurant. The ideal individual is professional, organized and deeply knowledgeable about luxury service standards.
