We are seeking talented and creative designers to join our team and assist with a wide variety of design projects. As a designer working with us, you will have the opportunity to work on unique and exciting projects, helping our clients bring their brands to life.



Designer Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and create visual designs for print, digital, and multimedia projects based on client needs and branding guidelines.
  • Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and design preferences.
  • Design logos, websites, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, packaging, and other visual materials to effectively communicate messages.
  • Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality visuals.
  • Ensure all designs align with the client's brand identity, including colors, fonts, logos, and tone.
  • Prepare files for production, ensuring proper format, size, and resolution for both print and digital platforms.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
  • Revise and refine designs based on feedback from clients or team members.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a fresh and innovative approach.
  • Ensure quality control by reviewing designs for accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal before final delivery.



Designer Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 1+ years of experience in graphic design, digital design, or a related discipline (specific experience may vary depending on the role)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with design tools and software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc)
  • A proactive, creative and adaptable attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments


We work on direct hire, contract, and contract-to-hire opportunities with companies primarily located in the Chicago and Chicagoland area. Location, compensation, etc. varies on the role itself which our recruiters will cover thoroughly with candidates.
