PLEASE NOTE: MUST HAVE an ACTIVE TS/SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE to be considered from application

The ideal candidate will provide and support implementation of strategic goals from the Product Owner. This will include advising the Scrum team, reviewing products, processes, standards, models etc. Other responsibilities include:

- Create operational plans with short-to-mid-term impact on results (1-2 years)

- Provide measurable input into scope of user stories and acceptance criteria

- Conduct extensive investigation to understand root cause of problems leveraging significant application of technical knowledge and conceptualizing to solve problems

Responsibilities

• Implement strategic goals and operational plans with 1–2 year impact.
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects without direct authority.
• Conduct root cause analysis and solve undefined, complex problems.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to technical staff.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree Requirements: Master of Science or higher
• 10+ years of experience in big data analysis, programming and visualization
• Active Top Secret SCI
• Familiarity with R, Python, C++, Data Applications, Cloud Applications, advanced statistical analysis tools, modeling and simulation and MBSE
