Job Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: West Henrietta, NY (Onsite)

Rate: $18 per hr.

Position Overview

Our client, a Global Financial Services company is seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Specialist.

Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Specialist will join our client's team. In this role, the individual will support clients utilizing the HireRight system for background checks and screenings. If you're skilled in communication, problem-solving, and process improvement, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to the clients of our client via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
  • Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion in compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Develop and maintain an intermediate working knowledge of company products, industry policies, and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with leadership to implement solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in systems and software packages, including HRIS, Salesforce, Flex, Core Advanced, and ORS.
  • Accurately document all client interactions in the system.
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced team members, offering guidance and support.
  • Perform data input tasks while maintaining strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Qualifications:

Education:

Ideally an Associates Degree or Higher

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using various systems and software.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
