Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Louisville, KY. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer support. Day-to-day tasks include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, and handling customer concerns. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
• Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction experience
• Customer Experience skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in a customer service role is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
