Job Description

Vaco has partnered with a client in Greensburg, Indiana to hire a Customer Service Associate. We're looking for friendly, patient, and customer-focused individuals to join a growing call center team. In this role, you'll help customers with everyday banking questions-things like online banking support, account balances, debit card issues, and general inquiries.
This position is great for anyone who enjoys solving problems, staying busy, and creating positive experiences for customers. No banking experience required-training is provided!

What You'll Do

• 
  Answer incoming customer calls and provide helpful, accurate information
• 
  Research account issues and find solutions
• 
  Assist with basic transactions and account updates
• 
  Stay up to date on products, tools, and procedures
• 
  Focus on first-call resolution and delivering excellent service
• 
  Identify and route sales opportunities when appropriate

Schedule & Work Environment

As a contractor (first ~6 months):

• 
  Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• 
  Onsite: Fully onsite in Greensburg, IN
• 
  No weekends during the first 6-8 weeks
  

After conversion to full-time:

• 
  Shift: 12:00pm-8:00pm (required and not negotiable)
• 
  Rotation: Approx. 2-3 Saturdays every 8 weeks (weekday off provided the same week)
• 
  Remote Options: Hybrid or remote may be available based on performance after several months

Requirements

  High school diploma or GED
• 
  Strong communication and customer service skills
• 
  Ability to work onsite for the first 8-12 months
• 
  Must live within 60 miles of Greensburg, IN
