POSITION SUMMARY

Looking for a short-term role with high earning potential, paid training, and the opportunity to obtain your insurance license? As a Seasonal Insurance Sales Agent, you’ll be the voice of our company—helping customers explore their health insurance options, answering questions, and guiding them toward the right coverage.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused position ideal for strong communicators who enjoy turning conversations into solutions. Along with competitive pay, you’ll have access to uncapped incentives, weekly sales contests, and performance bonuses. This role is a great way to build your resume and open doors to future opportunities—including the potential to return for future Open Enrollment Periods or even transition into permanent full-time employment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats—always delivering professional, friendly service.
  • Help people understand their insurance options by asking the right questions, providing accurate information, and guiding them through enrollment.
  • Stay on top of compliance requirements by following proven scripts and procedures.
  • Track your conversations and progress in our CRM system, keeping things organized and accurate.
  • Work toward personal and team performance goals while supporting colleagues in a collaborative, positive environment.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and take part in ongoing training to sharpen your knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications

  • General Lines Life & Health Insurance license
  • Bilingual – Fluent in reading and writing in English and Spanish
  • Customer service professional
  • Strong punctuality in previous positions
  • Dependable transportation to and from our office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of customer service or sales call center experience.
  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to listen, overcome objections, and close conversations with confidence.
  • Clear, professional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Tech savvy—you can navigate multiple systems, type accurately, and keep things moving.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy enrollment periods.
  • A reliable, punctual team player who brings energy and a strong work ethic every day.

Compensation and Benefits:

 

  • Paid training (with licensing included for those not yet licensed).
  • Hourly pay: $18–25 per hour.
  • Overtime available based on company needs.
  • Uncapped incentives, weekly sales contests, and performance bonuses.
  • A chance to build valuable skills and resume experience, with the potential for permanent full-time employment after the season.

Job Type: Seasonal

The anticipated duration of the temporary position is Sept 29th - December 16th, but dates are subject to change based on business needs.

  Pay Range: $18-25 per hour + Bonuses and Incentives
