Job Title: Custom Home Superintendent

Location: South Venice, Florida

Salary: Up to $130,000 + Package

Our client specializes in building luxurious custom homes that reflect the unique tastes and lifestyles of our clients. They are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering exceptional quality in every project they undertake.

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Custom Home Superintendent to join their team and manage a band new project close to South Venice, the project is an $18m Custom home on the seafront and is due to break ground in June. The ideal candidate will oversee the construction of custom homes, ensuring that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of custom home construction from groundbreaking to final inspection.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets our high standards and complies with local building codes and regulations.
• Site Management: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site. Conduct regular site inspections and manage daily construction activities.
• Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely completion.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or changes.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction, ensuring smooth project progression.
• Documentation: Keep detailed records of construction progress, including daily logs, inspection reports, and change orders.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and construction workers to achieve project goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in custom home construction.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and safety regulations. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, or LEED are a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in construction management software and tools.
