ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES:
Lead and execute Hyper Solutions’ creative vision, ensuring consistency in branding across all digital and print media.
Develop, design, and produce compelling visual content, including graphics, photography, videography, and animations.
Manage and mentor external creative resources, including designers, animators, and production partners, to execute complex animation and branding projects.
Work hands-on with the Adobe Creative Suite—including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, and Audition—to create world-class marketing and branding assets.
Capture high-quality digital photography and videography for use in branding, marketing campaigns, and internal/external communications.
Oversee 3D rendering and digital modelling projects using SolidWorks, V-Ray, Blender, or similar CAD rendering platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to ensure technical accuracy and brand consistency in all creative outputs.
Drive innovation in visual storytelling, branding strategies, and creative marketing efforts to position Hyper Solutions as a leader in the industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience in creative direction, branding, or a related role.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, After Effects, Audition).
Strong hands-on experience in digital photography and videography in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in 3D rendering and CAD tools such as SolidWorks, V-Ray, Blender, or similar platforms.
Ability to manage external creative resources and coordinate complex animation and visual storytelling projects.
A balance of technical precision and creative storytelling, with an engineering mindset and artistic sensibility.
