Job Description

Corporate Paralegal – $90K–$105K + Full Benefits

Location: Onsite | Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually + Full Benefits

Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Only (No Remote)

Are you a seasoned Corporate Paralegal with a strong background in mergers & acquisitions, UCC filings, and real estate transactions ? Ready to bring your expertise to a high-performing legal team where your work directly impacts business outcomes?

We’re looking for a highly experienced Corporate Paralegal to support complex corporate matters in a full-time, onsite role. You’ll work closely with our attorneys on sophisticated legal transactions and filings, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your precision and professionalism will be valued.

Please note : This is not an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking candidates with 5–7 years of direct experience in corporate legal support. Only apply if you meet these qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support complex mergers & acquisitions , from due diligence to closing coordination
  • Draft and file UCCs , assist with entity formations, and manage corporate compliance
  • Handle real estate transactions , including deed preparation, foreclosure documents, and title review
  • Organize and maintain corporate records and transaction closing binders
  • Assist with estate planning and nonprofit filings such as 501(c)(3) applications
  • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative legal operations team

Required Qualifications:

  • 5–7 years of corporate paralegal experience (not entry-level)
  • Proven expertise in M&A, UCC filings, and real estate transactions
  • Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Westlaw, Tracers
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and proactive work style
