Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate M&A and/or debt finance . This role will require candidates to have a strong background in handling complex transactional matters and will be responsible for managing deals from inception to resolution.
