You'll craft engaging content for diverse audiences across multiple clients, helping to enhance their brand voices and drive marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Development:

• Write, edit, and proofread high-quality content for various platforms, including social media content, and emails tailored to multiple clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop content that aligns with each client's brand voice and marketing goals.
• Generate fresh ideas and content that captivates and engages different audiences.

Content Strategy:

• Assist in developing and executing content strategies that support each client's business objectives.
• Conduct research to understand each client's target audience and industry trends.
• Plan and maintain content calendars for multiple clients to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Visual Content:

• Create engaging content and reels tailored to various platforms.
• Design creative assets using Canva or similar tools.
• Ensure visual content aligns with each client's brand guidelines and resonates with their audience.

Social Media Trends and Research:

• Keep up with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct research to support content creation and strategy development.
• Adapt content strategies based on the latest trends and insights.

Client Collaboration:

• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
• Develop content that aligns with each client's brand and goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and ongoing collaboration.

Event Attendance:

• Attend client and industry events in the Madison area to capture content and engage with audiences.
• Create live content during events, including photos, videos, and social media updates.
• Network with industry professionals and stay informed about industry trends.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales teams, across multiple clients.
• Collaborate with influencers and partners to create compelling content.
• Ensure all content is consistent with each client's brand voice and guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Specialist, Copywriter, or similar role in an agency setting.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with graphic design tools like Canva.
• Knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer)
