We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic Content Specialist with strong writing, graphic design, and digital marketing skills. The Content Specialist will develop engaging content, create brand-aligned visuals, and support digital campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and growth across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy

• Write compelling, audience-focused content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering and product teams to ensure brand messaging is consistent and impactful.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Maintain and evolve the editorial calendar aligned with strategic initiatives and campaign timelines.

Graphic Design & Visual Communication

• Design digital and print collateral including social graphics, infographics, brochures, advertisements, and trade show materials.
• Create brand-consistent visuals that reflect identity standards and campaign goals
• Video creation (short videos, product videos, reels, other social content, etc.)
• Implement a strategic approach to growing YouTube content and followers.
• Support the creation of internal and external presentations and sales tools.
• Catalog page creation and edits, in coordination with the engineering team

Digital Marketing Support

• Create optimized content for SEO, paid media, and social platforms.
• Assist in website content and graphic updates, including layout enhancements.
• Help craft and optimize email campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact.

Collaboration & Project Management

• Work closely with VP Marketing & Communications, Director of PR & Communications, engineering, and other stakeholders to understand creative needs and project goals.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaign themes, visuals, and formats.

Brand Stewardship

• Ensure all communications are consistent with brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
• Proactively propose updates to design templates and messaging to enhance brand cohesion and impact
• Perform regular audits of marketing materials to maintain consistency and relevance.

Location: Hybrid (Katy, TX or Perris, CA and surrounding areas)

Reports to: Director of PR & Communications

Type: Full-time

Travel: Occasional travel, up to 25%

Compensation: $60,000-65,000, based on experience
