Job Description

About Staylist

At Staylist, we believe every park has a story, and we’re here to help them tell it better, operate smarter, and grow stronger. Our platform empowers RV parks, resorts, and outdoor destinations to streamline their operations and create unforgettable guest experiences. We’re a team that values innovation, collaboration, and real-world results, with a growing footprint in the outdoor hospitality community.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Associate to help bring the Staylist story, and the stories of our clients, to life. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing to create social media posts, website content, and community-driven stories that strengthen our brand, engage our audience, and support new product launches. If you love creating content that connects, inspires, and drives action, you’ll feel right at home here.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create original, engaging content for Staylist’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest) and our website
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports marketing campaigns, client spotlights, product updates, and seasonal themes
  • Write blog posts, landing page copy, and social captions that align with our brand voice and SEO best practices
  • Collaborate with our design team to pair your words with eye-catching visuals, graphics, and video
  • Monitor social media trends and identify new content opportunities to grow engagement and reach
  • Keep the website fresh and dynamic by publishing new content, feature highlights, and customer success stories
  • Support community engagement by helping manage comments, DMs, and shares in a professional and authentic way
  • Track and report on content performance, learning and adjusting based on what resonates most with our audience
  • Help shape the promotion of new features, product launches, and service updates through storytelling

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (optional but preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience creating content for social media, websites, or brand storytelling
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to match Staylist’s voice — professional yet relatable, expert yet friendly
  • Understanding of SEO basics and how content supports digital marketing goals
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling and management tools (HubSpot, Later, Buffer, etc.)
  • Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress or HubSpot for updating website content
  • Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and excited to bring new creative ideas to the table
  • A passion for travel, outdoor experiences, or technology is a bonus!

Why You’ll Love Working at Staylist

  • Join a team that’s shaping the future of outdoor hospitality
  • Work closely with entrepreneurs who value innovation, creativity, and growth
  • Build your career in a fast-growing company with lots of opportunity to make an impact
  • Enjoy competitive pay, flexible work options, and a supportive team environment
  • Be part of a company that believes great technology should always tell a great story
