Looking for an experienced and driven Superintendent for both Commercial and Residential ( new, and renovations/additions ) work that includes managing projects such as: townhomes, condo high rises, lobby and common areas, restaurant build outs, hotel and hospitality and more.
The ideal candidate has exp. as a lead super running their own jobs valued at $5M plus , plays a vital role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while collaborating closely with project manager, engineers, subcontractors, and crews to ensure smooth execution.
MUST have 10+ yrs exp and preferably working with concrete, block, structure, hollow core slabs on multi-story buildings, higher-end finishes with custom home and condo renovations, and club houses.
***Candidate must be self-starter, resourceful, creative problem solver, and clear communicator.
Salary: $100-$160K (depending on experience) + $10-$20K Bonus + $550 truck allowance + gas + comprehensive benefits package
