Work Environment: Fully on-site, project-based
Compensation: $115,000 – $135,000 base salary
Per diem provided for lodging and meals during the work week

What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up commercial construction projects
• Maintain full responsibility for safety, layout, coordination, scheduling, and quality control
• Serve as the primary on-site leader coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and trades
• Partner closely with Project Managers and Executive leadership to drive project execution
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety protocols
• Utilize Procore (or similar) to track progress, communicate updates, and manage documentation
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Monitor productivity, sequencing, and site logistics to keep projects on track
• Travel to project sites during the week and return home on weekends when feasible
What They’re Looking For
• Extensive experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
• Strong background in ground-up commercial construction
• Deep understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and materials
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and field teams
• Working knowledge of Procore or similar construction management software
• OSHA 30 certification
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Willingness to travel extensively (75%+ as projects require)
• Valid driver’s license
• MA CSL and/or NY SST strongly preferred
