Job Description

One of the country's top General Contractors is looking for a SITE SAFETY OFFICER to join their team. This position is with their federal division. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career with one of the country's largest and most respected general contractors.

Position Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement safety programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
* Provide safety training for employees on proper procedures and protocols.
* Investigate accidents and near misses to determine root causes and prevent future incidents.
* Maintain records of safety inspections, training, and incidents

Job Requirements:

* 10+ years of experience with federal projects
* Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and best practices
* EM-385 Certification
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
* This is a traveling position
