About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in light industrial, tilt-wall ground-up, and finish-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from preconstruction to closeout , ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. A minimum of 4-5 years of stability at their last firm is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of ground-up and finish-out construction for light industrial and tilt-wall projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead preconstruction efforts, including bidding, estimating, and contract negotiations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards.
• Monitor and track project progress, resolving issues proactively.

Qualifications:

• 4-5+ years of stability at the last company is a must.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
• Proven expertise in light industrial, tilt-wall ground-up, and finish-out projects.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or other construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
