Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects across multiple locations. This role will oversee ground-up, addition, and renovation projects within hospitals, medical office buildings, and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and change management
• Coordinate work in active healthcare environments with minimal disruption
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract administration, and scope alignment
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ICRA, and safety standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
• Partner closely with Superintendents to ensure quality and schedule adherence
• Lead project meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders
• Manage commissioning, turnover, and closeout documentation

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in healthcare construction
• Proven experience with hospital, healthcare, or medical office projects
• Experience managing ground-up builds, additions, and renovations
• Strong knowledge of ICRA, life safety, and infection control procedures
• Ability and willingness to travel as required for project assignments
• Experience working in occupied or operational facilities preferred
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
