About the Role:

As a key member of the Construction Law Team, you'll be involved in handling significant and complex construction litigation matters throughout California. The ideal candidate will bring strong civil litigation experience, a commitment to excellence, and a desire to work closely with a collegial and community-minded group of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and participate in motion practice
• Work closely with clients and team members to meet case deadlines and deliver top-tier service
• Engage in meaningful litigation with the support of a highly experienced and collaborative group

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
• California bar admission required
• Strong academic background
• Excellent writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Construction law experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $150,000 - $183,000, depending on experience
