Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Estimator with a strong background in Estimating to lead and oversee projects across St Louis for the owner's side of DATA CENTER projects . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of construction, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Construction Estimation for DATA CENTER projects
• Coordinate with owners and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in construction estimation .
• Ability to be on site.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
