JTL Construction is hiring experienced Commercial Carpenters for rough/framing and/or trim/finish work.

What You’ll Do:

• Build, install, and repair structures made of steel, plywood, and wallboard.
• Frame with metal studs, hang acoustical ceilings, and construct key interior and exterior structures.
• Install and finish interior trim: molding, baseboards, crown molding, and more.
• Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to plan projects.
• Use a variety of professional tools to measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials with precision.
• Collaborate with a team committed to delivering results on time, on spec, and on brand.
• Uphold all safety protocols and industry standards — safety comes first.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven hands-on experience in commercial carpentry, especially metal stud framing and acoustical ceilings.
• Ability to read blueprints, layouts, and diagrams accurately.
• Familiarity with carpentry tools, equipment, and construction best practices.
• A strong understanding of building codes, site safety, and compliance.
• Physical stamina, attention to detail, and a self-driven work ethic.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; formal apprenticeship or vocational training a plus.
