We’re looking for a Client Advisor to join our boutique team — someone who embodies our values, delivers exceptional service, and cultivates lasting relationships with our growing community of clients.

Role Description

As a Client Advisor, you will bring CADAR’s vision to life through personalized, high-touch service. You’ll be the face of the brand in our new flagship, cultivating trust and connection while achieving individual and boutique sales goals.

This role is ideal for someone passionate about fine jewelry and craftsmanship — a natural relationship builder with emotional intelligence, style, and a love of luxury retail.

What You'll Do

• Deliver a best-in-class client experience and consistently exceed sales goals.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships through thoughtful, personalized clienteling.
• Leverage CRM tools to drive repeat business and increase client loyalty.
• Host private appointments and boutique events to create memorable experiences.
• Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, sharing CADAR’s story with authenticity and sophistication.
• Support day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.
• Collaborate with leadership to uphold the highest standards of excellence and teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-touch client service.
• Proven success in sales and relationship development.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and POS systems; tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
• Passion for fine jewelry, design, and craftsmanship.
• Professionalism, discretion, and a polished sense of personal style.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
