Job Title:  Claims Representative (Hybrid Call Center)  Company:  MD Estimates Location:  Hybrid (U.S. Based) | HQ in Nashville, TN    About Us:   MD Estimates is a growing leader in insurance claims support, headquartered in Nashville, TN . We help homeowners and contractors navigate the insurance claims process with accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.    Position Overview:   We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Claims Representative to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for making 30–50 phone calls per day to insurance companies to obtain updates on active claims, and for communicating those updates to both internal and external stakeholders.  Key Responsibilities:   Make 30–50 outbound calls daily to insurance carriers to gather claim status updates.  Document and relay claim updates to clients, contractors, and internal teams via phone, email, CRM, and messaging platforms.  Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communications and claim statuses.  Provide clear, timely, and professional updates to all stakeholders.  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient claim resolution.    Qualifications:   Based in the United States (Nashville, TN or surrounding area)  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.  Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.  Ability to use email, phone systems, CRM software, and messaging platforms.  Background in insurance or construction is a plus, but not required.  Previous call center or customer service experience preferred.    Compensation & Benefits:   Hourly pay: $15–$22 per hour, depending on experience.  Full-time W2 opportunities available for long-term fit.  Hybrid – 3 days a week in office  Opportunity to grow with a dynamic and supportive team.    How to Apply:   If you’re ready to help make a difference in the insurance claims process and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
