ABOUT THE ROLE

Job Title: Project Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of cutting-edge Premium Format cinema systems. In this role, you’ll be at the center of innovation—collaborating with top exhibitors, architects, and internal teams to create unforgettable movie going experiences.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Own the entire project lifecycle—from concept to grand opening.
• Partner with Business Development, Theater Design, and Exhibitors to select new PLF locations.
• Kick off projects with Exhibitors, General Contractors (GCs), and Architects.
• Serve as the go-to contact for all project communications and technical inquiries.
• Oversee Theater Design, review drawings, and lead design reviews.
• Manage procurement, logistics, and installation processes.
• Run weekly status meetings and keep stakeholders informed.
• Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure flawless execution.
• Deliver accurate reporting and close out projects with a smooth handover to Service.
• Juggle multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Travel to project sites as needed (approx. 10%).

Skills and Requirements:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree : Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Engineering or relevant field.
• Project Management Experience : Over 5 years of hands-on experience in managing diverse and complex projects, demonstrating proficiency in planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, time, and budget constraints.

Technical Expertise:

• Cinema and Audio-Visual Systems : Extensive background in cinema and audio-visual systems, ensuring high-quality visual and auditory experiences.
• Architectural Drawings and MEP : Strong understanding of architectural drawings and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, enabling effective collaboration with architects and engineers to integrate AV systems seamlessly into building designs.
• Construction Methods and Practices : In-depth knowledge of construction methods and practices, ensuring that AV installations comply with industry standards and project specifications.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Writing Skills : Proficient in creating detailed project documentation, reports, and proposals, ensuring all project aspects are well-documented and communicated.
• Keen attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation ranges from $75,233 to $110,276. We adhere to all applicable local laws regarding salary transparency and disclose ranges where legally required. The final offer will depend on a variety of factors including market conditions, candidate experience, internal equity, and other relevant considerations. Offers at the top end of the range are uncommon.
