This role requires a proactive mindset, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to confidently communicate compliance expectations across all levels of the organization. The Chief Compliance Officer will oversee all compliance efforts, ensuring the organization remains audit-ready while maintaining policies that support—not hinder—the workforce.
