Park City Culinary Institute—recognized as one of the Top 3 Culinary Schools in the U.S. by Passport Magazine —is growing and looking for an experienced Culinary & Pastry Instructor to lead evening classes at our Salt Lake City campus.

This is a hands-on teaching role working with aspiring chefs, career changers, and passionate foodies. You'll teach everything from savory techniques to classic French pastries like croissants, macarons, and éclairs.

🔹 What You'll Do:

• Teach evening classes (Mon–Fri, 5:30–10:00 PM)
• Prep lessons, shop for ingredients, and manage the kitchen
• Lead graduation dinners and interactive public cooking classes
• Support events both on and off campus

🔹 What We're Looking For:

• Professional chef experience (culinary & pastry required)
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred
• Strong communication & organization skills
• Must pass FBI, child abuse, and sex offender background checks
